National Change Force (NCF) is committed to being a party close to the people. With this in mind, a national tour of departmental conferences will be organized to listen, debate, and jointly develop responses to the challenges of each territory—including the diaspora, recognized as our 11th department.

Collect local concerns and integrate them into our political project.

Encourage direct participation of communities in political thinking.
