National Change Force (NCF)

The Political Party National Change Force

(FCN) is rooted in fundamental values that guide its vision for a more just, united and prosperous Haiti. FCN places equity, social justice, transparency, human dignity, civic inclusion and sustainable development at the heart of its commitment.

The FCN believes that the rebuilding of Haiti requires the mobilization of all its vital forces in Haiti and in the diaspora and the establishment of a State at the service of the people. It is by restoring confidence, reestablishing national solidarity and valuing each citizen that we can build a solid collective future.

a) Fundamental principles

Social justice and equity

The FCN defends a fairer society where every citizen lives with dignity, with an equitable distribution of resources and policies focused on the most vulnerable.

Transparency, accountability and good governance

We are committed to rigorous and transparent management of the State, to the fight against corruption and to control

strengthened citizen.

Respect for civil society and ongoing dialogue

Civil society is a pillar of democratic renewal. Associations, community groups, and intellectuals must participate in public policy.

National pride, culture and identity

The FCN promotes Haitian culture, history and heritage as tools for unity and national affirmation, in

Haiti as in the diaspora.

Human rights, fundamental freedoms and democracy

We defend freedoms, participatory democracy and the rule of law, in a climate of respect, tolerance and

pluralism.

Intergenerational Equity and Historical Responsibility

Every public policy must think about future generations. FCN wants to protect the environment, heritage, and culture with vision and responsibility.

National unity, solidarity and belonging

We advocate for a united and supportive Haiti, where the diaspora and local citizens work together for a common future, based on our historical and cultural values.

b) Priority commitments

Citizen participation and national inclusion

Every Haitian, including those in the diaspora, must actively participate in public life. The right to vote,

investment and representation is a priority.

Political renewal and generational leadership

We advocate the emergence of a new generation of leaders: competent, honest, committed, and connected to the

reality of the people.

Inclusive and equitable economic development

The FCN promotes a national solidarity economy, creating jobs for young people, women and the diaspora, in

promoting local resources.

National agriculture and food sovereignty

We prioritize a sustainable agricultural policy, guaranteeing food self-sufficiency by supporting small farmers and local production.

Quality and accessible education

We advocate for free, modern and universal education, integrating the talents and resources of the diaspora to strengthen the education system.

Security and institutional strengthening

Safety is a fundamental right. FCN commits to strengthening the PNH and restructure the FADH, in compliance with the

human rights.

Public health reform

We advocate for a renovated, equitable, modern and accessible public health system for all, with qualified and well-trained staff.

Haiti's survival depends on intelligent ecological management: renewable energy, reforestation, waste management, and environmental education.
