The Political Party National Change Force
(FCN) is rooted in fundamental values that guide its vision for a more just, united and prosperous Haiti. FCN places equity, social justice, transparency, human dignity, civic inclusion and sustainable development at the heart of its commitment.
The FCN believes that the rebuilding of Haiti requires the mobilization of all its vital forces in Haiti and in the diaspora and the establishment of a State at the service of the people. It is by restoring confidence, reestablishing national solidarity and valuing each citizen that we can build a solid collective future.
The FCN defends a fairer society where every citizen lives with dignity, with an equitable distribution of resources and policies focused on the most vulnerable.
We are committed to rigorous and transparent management of the State, to the fight against corruption and to control
strengthened citizen.
Civil society is a pillar of democratic renewal. Associations, community groups, and intellectuals must participate in public policy.
The FCN promotes Haitian culture, history and heritage as tools for unity and national affirmation, in
Haiti as in the diaspora.
We defend freedoms, participatory democracy and the rule of law, in a climate of respect, tolerance and
pluralism.
Every public policy must think about future generations. FCN wants to protect the environment, heritage, and culture with vision and responsibility.
We advocate for a united and supportive Haiti, where the diaspora and local citizens work together for a common future, based on our historical and cultural values.
Every Haitian, including those in the diaspora, must actively participate in public life. The right to vote,
investment and representation is a priority.
We advocate the emergence of a new generation of leaders: competent, honest, committed, and connected to the
reality of the people.
The FCN promotes a national solidarity economy, creating jobs for young people, women and the diaspora, in
promoting local resources.
We prioritize a sustainable agricultural policy, guaranteeing food self-sufficiency by supporting small farmers and local production.
We advocate for free, modern and universal education, integrating the talents and resources of the diaspora to strengthen the education system.
Safety is a fundamental right. FCN commits to strengthening the PNH and restructure the FADH, in compliance with the
human rights.
We advocate for a renovated, equitable, modern and accessible public health system for all, with qualified and well-trained staff.
