Coordination diaspora
Frantz DELICE
General Coordinator of the Party in Canada
My name is Frantz Delice, born in Haiti and living in Canada for over 35 years. A graduate in social work and a political scientist by training, I am recognized as a mental health specialist and a tireless advocate for social justice, human dignity, and diaspora integration.
For over 25 years, I have dedicated my commitment to issues of inclusion, community development, and advocacy. I currently serve as president of the public sector union in the Quebec provincial government, where I represent the voice of workers with rigor and conviction.
My involvement extends to several major structures:
President of RICS
General Coordinator of Stand Up for Dignity
General Secretary of Damesara Company
Co-founder and Director General of IDENH (Integration of the Diaspora for the Emergence of a New Haiti)
Throughout my career, I have worked to build bridges between communities, promote solidarity, and give voice to the forgotten. I deeply believe that it is through collective action and respect for human rights that we will succeed in building more just and inclusive societies.
Ady Standley TIMMER

Born in Port-au-Prince, I am a professor of human geography and an expert in civic education. I hold a master's degree in social sciences from Nova Southeastern University (Florida) and a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Nyack College (New York). In 2012, I was honored to be named Teacher of the Year.
Committed to social innovation and entrepreneurship, I am co-founder of the Dokpam health application and vice-president of Prime Affaires Management, a structure dedicated to culture, education and civic engagement.
I am also involved as an active member of IDENH, which defends the rights and recognition of the Haitian diaspora.
I firmly believe that “building a democracy is done with educated citizens.”
Edersse STANIS
Member of the Entrepreneurs' Commission, USA Section
Singer, composer, and entrepreneur, I am driven by a deep passion for the culture, independence, and development of my home country, Haiti. Born in Saint-Marc on July 28, 1973, I left Haiti at the age of 16 to settle in Canada, then continued my musical career in Florida.
Proud of my Artibonite roots, I believe that agricultural development is the foundation of a strong nation: the independence of a people begins with their ability to feed themselves. My vision for Haiti: change driven by a new generation of leaders rooted in values, national consciousness, and a sincere desire to serve.
My artistic and community commitment aims to bring people together, raise awareness and contribute to a better future for Haiti.
Ralph MORISSEAU
Head of the Commission for Retired Haitian Soldiers of the Canadian, American and French Armed Forces
My name is Ralph Morisseau, I was born in Petite-Rivière-de-la-Tibonite and I am 50 years old.
I left Haiti at the age of 5 to settle with my family in Quebec, more precisely in Montreal, where I grew up. A professional soldier, I am now retired after more than 24 years of service.
What matters to me is the future of my country, Haiti. I want to enable the diaspora, wherever they are, to return to the country and build something lasting and positive.
I dream of a safe, stable, and prosperous Haiti, and I am willing to give my life for this land where I was born, just like my parents before me.
I dream of the day I can bring my children back to Haiti, so they can experience Haitian culture as I did. I return to my country several times a year, three times each year since 2019, driven by the deep love I feel for this land.
