Registration in the party membership register is individual and is carried out with the leaders of the basic committee chosen by the applicant.

The declaration is made by registering the applicant's identity and affixing their signature at the bottom of the form.

The National Council establishes, in the name of the applicant, a membership card containing the following information:

Name and surname

Date and place of birth

Profession

The party recognizes the right of every member to resign from the party or any of its bodies. Any activist affiliated with another party is also considered to have resigned. In this case, the resignation is recorded by the office of the grassroots committee to which the activist belongs.

Election of officials and powers of members of bodies and commissions

On the election of officials

Any candidate for a position of responsibility within the party must be up to date with their contributions and meet the following seniority conditions:

Basic committee office and coordination of the municipal section: 1 year

Municipal office: 1 year

Departmental Coordination Office: 2 years

National Political Bureau: 3 years

Diaspora Coordination Office: 2 years

The mandate of all committees ends on the same date as that of the National Political Bureau.

Members are elected to positions of responsibility by secret ballot.

Responsible positions within the party are filled by consensus.

Applications are submitted to the Nominations and Mandate Verification Committee, which sets the deadline for submitting applications.

The National Political Bureau ensures the regularity of elections, both with regard to the eligibility of candidates and the conduct of electoral operations. The assembly of the municipal basic committee, the municipal conference and the departmental conference are renewed before the holding of the national congress, every three (3) years, in the presence of the National Political Bureau. The minutes of the meetings are signed by the president and the secretary of the meeting. A copy is sent to the offices of the respective higher authorities.

The congress proceeds, every three (3) years, to the investiture of the president of the party, the members of the National Council and the National Political Bureau.
