Party membership National Change Force (FCN) To become a member of the FCN, every person must:

a) Be of Haitian nationality (dual nationality is accepted) 

b) Enjoy your civil and political rights 

c) Adhere to the statutes, internal regulations and political program of the

party 

d) Complete and sign the membership form 

and) Be the holder of your Single National Identity Card (INSIDE) 

Registration is individual and is done with the grassroots committee of one's choice. The applicant signs the membership form, which formalizes their commitment. The National Council then issues a membership card with the following information:

a) Name and surname 

b) Date and place of birth 

c) Profession 

d) Order number (identical to that entered in the party register) 

and) Signature of the member and that of the President of the National Council
