Goals

National Change Force (NCF) aims to mobilize all the country's vital forces, whether internal or external, with a view to achieving the following fundamental objectives:

A. At the national level:

National unity

Social justice

Democracy

Training the population to raise their level of political awareness and ensure their effective participation in national life

Preservation and security of the environment

B. On the international level:

The establishment and development of friendly relations with foreign parties and movements sharing the same ideals of peace, freedom, justice and solidarity

The implementation of significant actions to support peoples fighting against all forms of colonialism, neocolonialism, imperialism and discrimination in the world

The design and implementation of a dynamic regional and international integration policy

In implementing its program, FCN will also strive to achieve the following specific objectives:

The defense of democracy

The consolidation of independence and national sovereignty

Safeguarding national unity and territorial integration

The defense of the republican form of the State

The protection of fundamental freedoms and human rights

Strengthening good governance, as well as the fight against impunity and corruption

Principles

Fòs Chanjman Nasyonal is a political structure based on the exercise of participatory democracy, whose basic principles are:

Consultation, Concertation and Participation.

The party guarantees the free expression of opinions within itself.

The functioning of the party at all levels must conform to the following guiding principles:

Respect for democracy within the party

Strict compliance with the provisions of these statutes, internal regulations and the party's electoral code

Freedom of expression

The obligation for all managers to report on their activities and mandates

The right for any member to present his defense before any sanction provided for in the regulations

The obligation to implement the decisions adopted by the National Congress or the National Council

Accountability

Voting is the rule, but the party favors consensus
