The National Change Force (NCF) repose

National unity and solidarity

We work for a united, supportive Haiti, driven by a humanist ideal. A nation united by a shared desire for progress, dignity, and justice.

Citizen participation

We believe in civic responsibility. All Haitians, without exclusion, must be able to actively participate in the

search for solutions to the country's economic, social, cultural and environmental challenges.

Social justice

We advocate for a society based on fairness, equal opportunity, and respect for the rights of all. Social justice is an essential pillar of our vision of living together.

Political renewal

We promote the emergence of a new generation of responsible and honest leaders, committed to serving the common good and bringing a new political breath of fresh air.

Transparency and good governance

We are committed to establishing ethical, effective and transparent governance, based on clear accountability mechanisms and rigorous management of public resources.

Food safety

We support national agriculture to ensure food self-sufficiency. This involves increased support for

small producers, land development and reducing dependence on imports.

Education for all

We make education a fundamental lever for change. Our goal is to guarantee access to a

quality public education, inclusive and oriented towards the real needs of the country.

Enhanced public security

We want to restore security by modernizing and strengthening sovereign institutions such as the National Police (PNH) and the Haitian Armed Forces (FAD'H), while respecting human rights.

Health reform

We aspire to an accessible, modern, and equitable healthcare system. This involves improving infrastructure.
