1. The mandates of all committees end on the same date as that of the National Political Bureau. 

2. The officials are elected by secret ballot. 

3. Positions may also be filled by consensus where possible. 

4. All applications are reviewed by the Nominations and Mandate Verification Committee, which sets the deadline for submission.
